Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in [Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549] and the "Guidelines for the accessibility of IT tools" issued by AgID under Legislative Decree 82/2022 (transposing the European Accessibility Act – EU Directive 2019/882).

Work is in progress and the following actions have already been carried out:

  • Link headings
    Insertion in the template code of the values for title attributes within <a> tags.

However, compliance remains partial due to the presence of some non-accessible content, listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The following parts of the website are not yet fully accessible for the reasons specified:

Non-compliance:

  • Images without alt attribute. Some images lack alternative text;
  • Links without title attribute or with insufficient descriptions. Some links lack a title value or have unclear labels;
  • Missing ARIA attributes. Interactive components (menus, buttons, forms) do not include ARIA roles and states, affecting the screen reader experience;
  • Contrast ratio not compliant. Text and icons on light/dark backgrounds with contrast lower than the minimum 4.5:1 required by WCAG 2.1 AA;
  • Text resizing. Text resizing is limited by restrictions defined in the site’s stylesheet.

Content not subject to regulations:

  • Iubenda script that injects non-compliant, non-editable content.

Remediation Plan and Timeline

The organization has already carried out an internal self-assessment and shared the findings with its technical partner [AccessiWay], which is performing third-party audits as required by law. The third-party audit is currently in progress.

The organization formally commits to achieving full compliance according to the following plan:

Remediation Steps:

  1. Self-analysis using Siteimprove Accessibility Checker (completed)
  2. Fixing issues identified through the scan (according to WCAG 2.1 AA as required)
  3. Full accessibility audit in partnership with AccessiWay (ongoing)
  4. Implementation of priority fixes – Expected completion: August 2025
  5. Compliance testing and validation – Expected completion: August 2025
  6. Achievement of full compliance – Expected completion: September 2025
  7. Installation of a custom-developed widget (AcceWidget by AccessiWay) to optimize accessibility for users with disabilities – Expected installation: July 2025

Technical Collaborations

The organization is working with AccessiWay, a company specialized in digital accessibility, to ensure full compliance with legal standards.

This collaboration includes an audit phase involving a community of people with disabilities and the installation of the aforementioned Widget.
